2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
- 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earliest.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
3.1 Unopened Products
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The product seal must be intact
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
3.2 Opened Products
Due to health and hygiene reasons related to dietary supplements:
- Opened products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged
- If exercising your 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumers), you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products with broken seals (unless defective)

4. How to Return a Product
